Testing to find a starting place!

Testing is important to get a baseline, set your zones and enable you to train more efficiently and help you maximise your potential.

The test is in the form of a maximal aerobic test where you reach a maximum heart rate and power output, and your zones are calculated to enable you to train effectively.

Testing can be done on your own bike on a direct drive turbo, or on a Wattbike. This one-off service was very popular last season with self-coached athletes.
