Testing to find a starting place!
It is important to test to find a baseline to set your zones to enable you to train efficiently to maximise your potential.
The test is in the form of a maximal aerobic test where you reach a maximum heart rate and power output and your zones are calculated to enable you to train effectively.
Testing can be done on your own bike on a direct drive turbo or on a Wattbike.
